Job Summary
We are currently hiring for an administrative position in Pasadena, TX. Job functions could include Accounting, Compliance, Employee Relations, and Administrative.
- High School Diploma
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication, Microsoft Office skills, listening, professionalism, customer focus, organization, informing others, handles pressure, friendly demeanor, teamwork and time management
- To be determined per specific position guidelines, but all of our office staff positions should greet visitors with a smile, welcoming, and directing them appropriately;
- Ensure maintenance of a safe and clean office environment. General office support duties.
- Work as a team with all departments and provide assistance to various department including Accounting, HR, and Compliance
- Special projects could include: arrange flights and travel plans for company executives, purchase event tickets for company, send gifts to customers upon request and assist in other special projects when needed.
- Help plan and execute company functions, including golf tournaments, family day, safety meeting or office parties, customer cookouts, any other special projects as needed.
